Housing Inventory reporting is based on the HIC report as defined in the HUD Notice for Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and Point-in-Time (PIT) Count Data Collection for Continuum of Care (CoC) Program and the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program.
